When I started 2NV, way back in 2006, my aim was to create a beauty salon that not only provided the very best in beauty and skincare treatments, I also wanted it to be a place that felt like home.
Looking around at so many other salons, I noticed how impersonal the whole experience could be, as though all you were was another client, just like the one before and the one before that - I wanted 2NV to be different.
...it wasn't just about the brand or the amazing products.
I'd worked for 6 years in some of the UKs top spas and salons, including preparing Hollywood stars for the red carpet, and I’d seen how the better businesses in the beauty and skincare industry worked. I noticed how it wasn't just about the brand or the amazing products, it was about getting to know your clients, making them feel good about themselves, and treating them as individuals and as human beings.
With this experience, I decided, from the start to make 2NV a place that wasn't only luxurious and ultra-professional, but also place where having a coffee, a chat and a giggle was ok too.
